THE STUDIO

XTEND Burleigh combines the science of Pilates with the dynamics and energy of dance to deliver a workout that not only strengthens and tones your whole body, but also leaves you feeling empowered! We offer a variety of classes including Barre, Pilates, Yoga and more.

Each class tones and strengthens the body proportionally and is designed to improve cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility.

XTEND Burleigh was opened in June 2016, and is located in the heart of it all! Nestled amongst Burleigh’s finest juice bars, cafes, boutique shopping and just across the road from Burleigh hill and beautiful Burleigh beach. Come and experience the XTEND benefits today!
