THE STUDIO

Founded in 2014, XTEND Stones Corner is Brisbane’s first dedicated barre studio. Having recently relocated to stunning new premises, it is now a southside fitness fixture renowned for its community of strong, healthy women.

The studio has grown from humble beginnings to a multi-space facility offering reformer Pilates, TRX, yoga, stretch and many more workouts all taught with the fundamentals of Pilates and a love of dance.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome. The philosophy at XTEND Stones Corner – instilled by founder Shay Stafford and followed passionately by her team of experienced instructors – is that peak fitness is the inalienable right of every body.
