Lauren Hollingworth

Lauren has been performing from the tender age of two and has studied and performed with the Sydney City Youth Ballet, National Institute of Dramatic Art, Australian Institute for Performing Arts in Sydney, Atlantic Theatre Company in Los Angeles and graduated with a Certificate IV in Music Theatre at the AFTT.

Lauren has performed in various professional productions such as The Nutcracker, Fame, Hairspray, Annie and The Great Gatsby. Lauren has also had the pleasure of fulfilling her childhood dream of working and performing with The Walt Disney Company at the Disneyland Resort, California.

After discovering XTEND during her time in Los Angeles, Lauren returns home to pursue her new found love for teaching everything XTEND has to offer. Being classically trained and having taught ballet over the years, Lauren was drawn to XTEND’s technique and the foundation it provides for any level. Most importantly, Lauren loves the fact that you can go into a class and be constantly challenging yourself, feeling those muscles shake throughout and leave with a well energised mind and body.
