Nicole stumbled across XTEND Barre when looking for a Pilates class to complement her running training. Fast forward 8 years and she is the current owner of the Perth studio, mat Pilates trained, and teaches XTEND Barre, XTEND Suspend, Power 30 and XTEND Pilates.
